The single origin beans of mixed genetic origins are sourced from the Sambirano Valley on the northern tip of Madagascar to produce a 45% cacao milk chocolate.

Tasting Note:  A mild flavour, tangerine with an orange finish - a nice balance, smooth and creamy.
