Gabriel Chocolate Venezuela Rio Caribe 45% Milk Chocolate has subtle natural flavours of white pepper, cinnamon & almond – a savoury but creamy milk chocolate.
The Trinitario and Criollo hybrid bean varieties are sourced from Venezuela in the River Caribe region to produce a 45% cacao dark milk chocolate - not too sweet but all the creaminess of a milk chocolate.
